Automatic PET Bottle Blow Molding Machines are used to manufacture plastic bottles, which are made of PET. It is a kind of beverage machinery, widely used in producing carbonated drink bottle, spring water bottle, oil bottle, pharmaceutical bottle, cosmetic bottle, and large-caliber bottle as well as. All Blow Molding Machines are composed from: the preforms loader, heating block (furnace of infra-red rays) to form preforms, the preforms capture and carrying over manipulator of preforms, a blower power-plant station, and also press-form with one or more cavities.
The production cycle is divided into the following stages:
- Preform loading from the feeding system to the loading wheel
- Preform heating
- Container formation by means of an alternating stretch and blowing process
- In-line offloading of completely formed containers
All the machines have central control unit with display panel (“touch screen” type) which allows making settings for all regimes and operations for the machine and different parts of machine as well. It also allows to monitor working routine of the machine and to set up new programs to operate the machine. There is a system of synchronization presented in every machine to adjust operation of machine with work of filling lines.
Every machine has security housing with soundproof material. The changing productivity (production capacity) of the machine can be operated from central control unit by setting up new program and changing the press-form. New-made bottles coming on pneumatic conveyor and with help of filtered compressed air get moved to filling lines. All mold parts are processed by high-performance USA – made machine (HAAS VM-3).
