3. Air conveyor from blower to the filling block
Designed to transfer empty bottles from the blowing machine to the filling line. The conveyer is equipped with air filtration system and air feeding ventilator stations. Bottle transferring is to be executed by neck grip with the help of the flow of the filtered air.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Equipped with ventilator stations and with air filtration system.
The conveyer’s working speed can be regulated by operator from operator’s control panel.
4. Triblock rinsing–filling–capping MF-3- 24/20/6
Equipment is designed for filling of microbiologically sensitive products with long shelf life such as milk, juices, purees, baby food, by Ultra Clean technology with ESL, which excludes product coming into contact with any harmful bacteria during filling process and subsequent transportation, by sterilization of the working zone of the triblock with a flow of sterile air under pressure and by use of contactless filling method.
- 1 section: block for sterilization of the bottle by ozone water.
- 2 section: block for rinsing of the bottle with sterile water.
Rinsing cycle can be time-adjusted in a wide range.
Rinsing section is manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304; piping, fittings and other parts which are coming into contact with the sterilization section are manufactured from stainless steel AISI 316.

Capping block – manufactured from stainless steel AISI 316L.
Includes 6 magnet capping heads for plastic screw cap with PICK & PLACE system, sterilization system for caps with ionized water and UV prior to capping.
Washing and sterilization:
- working area is sterilized with the help of washing heads with controlled ejection.
- washing and sterilization of the filling tank are conducted with CIP washing.
Exclusion of stagnation zones during washing and sterilization of the machine guarantees high efficiency of the automatic washing processes. Block is fitted with all the necessary accessories for different modes of washing and sterilization.
Equipment is provided with system of air sterilization (ISO 5 / class 100) with high pressure feed of sterile air into the filling zone. The system is fitted with pressure gauges and regulating air valves as well as system for monitoring of air pressure and air filter condition.
Resetting for other types of containers requires minimum time. The resetting process is regulated from operator’s control panel. Bottle neck picking system makes the process quick and easy.

The unit is designed for wrapping glass-, metal-, PET-bottles or cardboard containers with heat shrinkable tape to make distribution packaging.
