Filling line for juices into PET bottles in the laminar flow of sterilized air

Filling process begins with supplying of empty bottle onto the automatic rinsing machine. Rinsing process is carried out by ozonized water, after that bottle supplies onto the filling line. Before passing into Monoblock for filling-capping, an empty bottle comes through bactericidal tunnel, where executed ultraviolet treatment of bottle neck.

Monoblock for filling-capping is a construction made of stainless steel, fully covered by protection fence. During the filling process, under overpressure, comes the flow of microbiologically clean air, purified by special filters, and in this atmosphere(laminar flow) filling process is executed. An internal volume of monoblock is additionally treated by radiation of ultraviolet lamps, during filling process.

In the filling process, there are special conditions that provide microbiological purity and additional treatment of the equipment in case of the personnel contact with parts of Monoblock in the working process.

Description

Technical characteristics
  • producing capacity – 2000 PET bottles/hour;
  • tare – PET bottle with 1,0L volume;
  • capping – by plastic, screw cap.
Integration
  • filling machine – is of a linear type, for 6 filling devices (dosing accuracy ±1%);
  • capping machine – is of a rotary type; equipped with automatic cap feeding mechanism, cap orientator, magnetic capping head. Before capping, as an option, could be executed an injection of inert gas into filling product. A cap before capping is treated in the bactericidal tunnel, installed on the orientator;
  • filled products are supplied to the automatic labeling machine and automatic packaging line in shrink film with the help of the conveyor;
  • monoblock (filling- capping) could be equipped with washing CIP system.
