Description
Carton and tray packer МО-3 – automatic machine for multiple packaging of the finished products in packages Tetra Brick , Combiblock, SIG, Pure Pak and the others, from 0,2 to 2,0 liters, in carton block or on tray 3х4 or 2х6, maximum productivity – 10000 packages/hour.
Material: stainless steel.
The machine is manufactured by “Machinery and Technology Ltd”, Minsk.
The unit of heating and feeding of glue is manufactured by “Robotech”.
Machine construction:
- multiple-row feeding conveyor complete with mechanisms for block formation from the specified quantity of packages;
- carton box former for the formation of carton boxes from the prefabricated materials feeding from the magazine;
- automatic unit for the block formation from the specified quantity of packages;
- automatic unit for the block packing in carton box;
- unit for sealing the finished box flaps with hot glue.
